Frequently Asked Questions...

Do you only treat Women?

Yes, at this time new clients must identify as a woman. Thank you for respecting my policies.

What are your payment options?

Cash or check is preferred, but I accept all major credit/debit cards through Square. I can also accept instant transfers from Venmo (@anniecolemanmassage18). I am also able to accept HSA/FSA payment cards – receipts can be emailed to you for your records.

What can I expect?

Before your treatment begins, I will go through your intake form with you (which you will have done online when booking the appointment). We will devise a treatment plan tailored to your needs at that time. I encourage open communication before, during, and after your sessions to ensure that you are getting the treatment that you expect.

Do you do deep tissue?

Deep tissue is subjective. My pressure is variable, I can do light, I can do what I would describe as deep, but I will typically maintain a firm pressure throughout the session and use that deeper pressure as needed. I always tell my clients that the goal isn't necessarily "deep", but a pressure that may be uncomfortable, but is tolerable. If the pressure is too hard, the body tenses up in defense and no progress is made.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! You may purchase a digital gift card here or I have formal gift cards available in the office, as well as a gift box option to make your gift giving complete.

Do I get my full session time hands-on?

Yes! If you book a 60-minute session you will receive all 60 of those minutes hands-on with the exception of on-time, or late arrivals. You should always arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure adequate time for intake so you can enjoy the full session.

I forgot to shave my legs!!

No problem! Freshly shaven legs are actually more “slippery” and not as easy to work on, so don’t fret! It doesn’t bother me in the least.

Do you have packages available?

Because my rates are all-inclusive and are set at the wage I need to make, discounted packages have been discontinued.

Do you do chair massage for events?

At this time, I do not. I do have some great recommendations for other therapists who do, please don't hesitate to reach out for that information.
